Seasonal Property Care No Longer a Worry; This includes:

  • Seasonal Cutting, Edging, Trimming, and Blowing of Grass
  • Seasonal Leaf Gathering and Disposing
  • Annual Gutter Cleaning
  • Seasonal Snow Pickup
  • Maintenance (Additional Charges Assessed)

As many of our future clients will find, through city code, company policy, and contract we are obligated to provide certain inspections and services. Each year and throughout each year we are required to have these inspected these tasks are completed.  When notices are received all we ask is that any and all inconveniences are reported within 24 hours of receipt preferably by company web portal.

Our clients can always expect notice of replacing furnace/air conditioning filters, checking or changing smoke alarms/C02 alarms and batteries, taking inventory of washers and dryers, and inspecting all plumbing under sinks and in showers. This will take place anywhere between January – December of every year depending on the lease set date.

Certain services such as snow removal, emergencies, etc. are contingent.  An exact time or date of arrival is not always given, but work is done Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 6PM and in some situations Sunday through Saturday between the hours of 8AM and 6PM.
